1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TryQRMint ("the Service" at www.tryqrmint.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TryQRMint provides a web-based platform for generating, customizing, managing, and tracking QR codes. Features include static and dynamic QR code creation, custom branding, analytics, and team collaboration tools.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create QR codes linking to malicious, harmful, or illegal content
  • Distribute spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Prepaid Plans & Billing

5.1 Free Plan & 7-Day Dynamic QR Trial

The free plan provides access to up to 10 static QR codes at no charge. Newly registered accounts automatically receive a 7-day Dynamic QR trial allowing activation of up to two (2) Dynamic QR codes, destination editing, real-time scan analytics, and SVG vector exports. The trial begins immediately upon account creation and runs for seven (7) calendar days.

Deleting a dynamic QR code during the trial does not restore a trial activation slot. Upon trial expiration without an eligible paid upgrade, dynamic QR codes are paused, dynamic redirection is suspended, and scan analytics are locked. Previously collected scan records and form submissions remain safely stored according to data retention standards and become accessible again upon upgrading to Pro or Business.

5.2 Paid Prepaid Plans

TryQRMint operates on a 100% prepaid model with manual renewal. Paid access is purchased for either 30 days (monthly) or 1 year (annual). There is no automatic recurring billing or automatic renewal. All fees are non-refundable once digital access and dynamic infrastructure have been provisioned. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5.3 Expiration & Renewals

Because TryQRMint does not automatically renew or charge your payment method, no cancellation is required to prevent future charges. Your paid access remains available until its prepaid expiry date. You may manually renew your plan at any time before or after expiration. After expiration without renewal, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including QR code designs and associated data. TryQRMint retains ownership of the Service, its technology, branding, and all related intellectual property.

7. QR Code Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime for dynamic QR codes. Static QR codes function independently and are not affected by Service availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary unavailability of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryQRMint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TryQRMint harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Static QR codes will continue to function, but dynamic QR codes will revert to their last set destination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
