During your trial, you can activate up to 2 Dynamic QR codes lifetime. Deleting a dynamic QR code does not restore a trial activation slot, preventing activation recycling.

When the trial ends, your dynamic QR codes are paused and show a neutral holding page to scanners. Your configurations and historical scan data remain safely stored. Upgrading to Pro or Business immediately reactivates them.

Historical scan records remain safely stored after trial expiry and become viewable again after upgrading to Pro or Business.

Previously collected appointment requests and RSVP responses remain safely stored and viewable by the account owner in the dashboard. However, new public submissions are blocked until upgraded.

No! Static QR codes directly encode your destination or data and work forever with unlimited scans, even after your trial ends.

No. Trials are granted once per genuine new user account. Deleting a QR code or reconnecting with the same credentials will not reset or restore trial slots.

Yes. Upgrading from Pro to Business starts a new prepaid access period immediately. When switching billing cycles on the same plan (e.g., Monthly to Annual), a new access period starts right away; remaining time from the previous period is not credited or prorated. Business users can choose another plan after their current Business access expires.

All purchases are one-time prepaid payments for 30 days or 1 year of access with zero recurring billing. Due to immediate digital provisioning of premium vector downloads and dynamic redirection infrastructure, payments are generally non-refundable. If you experience technical issues, our support team is available to assist.

Static QR codes continue working indefinitely. Existing Dynamic QR codes and their saved configurations remain securely in your account, but Dynamic QR redirection and paid analytics are paused when paid access expires. Renewing an active Pro or Business plan restores Dynamic QR redirection and paid dashboard access without requiring you to recreate the QR code.
