If a dynamic QR code shows a holding page, check that the QR code is not paused and that your trial or prepaid plan is still active.
If a QR code will not scan, make sure it is printed large enough and has strong contrast between the code and its background.
If you cannot sign in, use the password reset link or sign in with the same method (email or Google) you used to register.
If something still is not working, contact us with the QR code name, its short link, and a screenshot if possible.
