You print the QR code on your invitation cards or share it digitally. When a guest scans it with their phone camera, a mobile invitation page opens with your message, date, venue, schedule and dress code. Guests can add it to Google Calendar, open directions, and submit an RSVP form (attending, declined or maybe, plus guest count and your questions). Responses appear in your dashboard.

Yes. The Invitation type includes Wedding, Wedding Reception, Engagement, Save the Date and Anniversary templates among its 19 presets. The Wedding template comes with a ceremony-to-dancing schedule, a dress code and RSVP questions for meal choice, dietary needs and a message for the couple, all of which you can edit.

Yes. You can switch template questions on or off, edit them, and add your own, up to 15 fields in total. Examples include guest names, meal choice, dietary needs, song requests, or travel and accommodation questions.

Preview your code in the Studio, then sign in to save it and download it from your dashboard. PNG is available on every plan. SVG, which your stationer may prefer for letterpress or foil, is available during the trial and on Pro and Business. Print the code at least about 2 cm (0.8 in) wide, in a dark ink on a light card, and test a printed proof before ordering.

You can view every RSVP in the dashboard while your trial or plan is active. Exporting them as a CSV file, which opens in Excel or Google Sheets, is a Business plan feature.

Invitation RSVP codes are dynamic, because guests open a hosted page. New accounts get a 7-day free trial for up to 2 dynamic codes, with no credit card needed. To keep the RSVP page live until the event, you need a prepaid Pro plan ($9/month, or $7/month billed annually) or Business. If you only need to link to an RSVP page you already have, a static Website URL code is free.

If you already collect RSVPs with Google Forms or a wedding website, choose the Website URL type and paste that link instead of using the Invitation type. Static mode is free; dynamic mode lets you swap the link later.
